There are no hidden fees — what we quote is what you pay. Setup and pack-down are included in all hire prices.

We currently serve select areas in Pretoria including Centurion, Pretoria East and Pretoria North. Please enquire to confirm availability and pricing for your specific location.

Terms & Conditions

By making a booking with Jump & Bubble Events you agree to the following terms. These protect both you and us to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.

💰 Bookings & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking date.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours before your event.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
  • We accept EFT and cash. Payment details provided on your booking invoice.
  • Prices are subject to change — your quoted price is locked in once your deposit is paid.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Cancellations 7 or more days before the event: deposit forfeited, no further charge.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event: full balance becomes due.
  • You may reschedule once, subject to availability, with at least 5 days notice.
  • In extreme weather making equipment unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule.

🚚 Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery is charged at R10 per km from Kyalami — always quoted upfront before booking.
  • Delivery is charged at R10 per km from Kyalami and confirmed in your booking quote.
  • Client is responsible for a clear, flat, accessible space for setup.
  • We require a standard 220V electrical outlet within 15 metres of setup area.
  • Setup and collection times agreed at booking. Late access may affect setup time.
  • Equipment will not be set up on steep slopes, gravel or unsafe surfaces.

⚡ Safety & Supervision

  • All equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to South African safety standards.
  • An adult supervisor must be present at all times when equipment is in use.
  • Jumping castles must be deflated immediately in winds exceeding 30km/h.
  • Maximum weight and age limits apply to all inflatables.
  • No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks or face paint on inflatables.
  • Jump & Bubble Events accepts no liability for injuries resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.

🛡️ Damage & Liability

  • Client is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Damage will be assessed after collection and the client invoiced accordingly.
  • Equipment must not be moved, submerged in water or used unintended ways.
  • Jump & Bubble Events is not liable for third-party injuries or property damage.
  • All hired equipment remains the property of Jump & Bubble Events at all times.

🌧️ Weather & Force Majeure

  • Jumping castles cannot be used in rain or high winds for safety reasons.
  • If weather prevents use on the day, we will do our best to reschedule — refunds not issued for weather cancellations unless no alternative date is available.
  • Events cancelled due to government restrictions or force majeure may be rescheduled at no penalty.
